Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
The service
Pilaut provides a meeting agent that joins Google Meet calls at your request and answers questions in the meeting chat using data sources you configure. The service is currently offered in early access, by invitation.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to connect the systems and upload the documents you configure.
- You are responsible for informing meeting participants that an agent is present, where applicable law requires it.
- You must not use the service to collect data from meetings you are not entitled to record or process.
- Credentials you connect must belong to accounts you control.
Answers and accuracy
The agent formats answers from the data your sources return at the moment of the question. It is designed to say when it does not have the data rather than guess; even so, you are responsible for verifying information before relying on it for business decisions.
Actions with confirmation
Where you configure actions that modify data in your systems, the agent executes them only after explicit human confirmation in the meeting chat. You are responsible for the actions your team confirms.
Availability
During early access the service is provided "as is", without uptime guarantees. We may modify or discontinue features as the product evolves, and will communicate meaningful changes.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pilaut's total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
